Camilla Engman grew up in a small Swedish town named Trollhättan. This is where she began looking at life from a perspective that most of us see only momentarily, and just a few are able to record. Camilla practised her skills at the Dome Art School and later at the School of Design and Craft, Gothenburg University, where she acquired a Master of Fine Arts degree.
Often through animals or people, Camilla’s pictures inspire their audience with a wide range of feelings. Her work has a knack of allowing you to grasp a notion without robbing you of your personal interpretation, regardless of whether it’s an acrylic painting, paper-on-paper or mixed media.

Picnic Oficina de creación convoca un concurso internacional para la selección de proyectos de ilustración.
Esta convocatoria se inserta en las actividades de INK 01.Encuentro internacional de ilustración que se desarrollará en la Fundación Bilbao Arte Fundazioa los días 15 y 16 de mayo de 2008.
El encuentro se cierra con la organización de una exposición del 16 de mayo al 7 de junio de 2008 y la edición de un catálogo.

INK 01. Encuentro internacional de ilustración pretende ser una plataforma de referencia en el mundo de la ilustración que facilite la relación entre ilustradores-creadores de los distintos países. Un lugar que permita dar a conocer el panorama actual del mundo de la ilustración y en el que poder hablar y reflexionar sobre su futuro.

Sandra Juto
Sandra Juto is an illustrator and graphic designer living, studying and working in Gothenburg, Sweden. She finds her inspiration in walking around cities and by stories from people around her. Most important to her is storytelling, whether it is a single image or a book. Another important thing included in her work is the contrast between colours, objects and shapes. Her passions are reading books at empty cafés, Twin Peaks, food, typography, listening to music loud, animals, crocheting, illustration, taking pictures, long walks and making art.
Sandra Juto was born in 1978 and grew up in a small snowy town up north. At the moment she is studying for a Masters of Fine Arts at HDK as well as working as a freelance illustrator. She speaks Swedish, English and some German.
